Der Gouverneur des Bundesstaates Miranda, Henrique Capriles Radonski, hat jetzt seine Kandidatur für die Präsidentenwahlen von 2012 bekannt gegeben.
Hier könnt Ihr seine kurze Rede auf Spanisch hören. Im Gegensatz zum Militärcaudillo spricht Capriles ohne Bedrohungen oder Beschimpfungen. Er sagt, er will der Präsident aller Venezolaner sein.
